Return /refund policy:

If your Pix Patisserie package does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact us directly within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to assist you. We will decide whether to replace the product with an acceptable product or give you 100% of your money back for the item with which you are dissatisfied.
